Florencia is a founding partner of LFS and has led the tax practice since 2013. Since then, she has dedicated her efforts to ensuring optimal levels of quality in procedures and work developments in the area through the formation of a solid team with long-term personal relationships.
Her experience in the Tax area focuses on national corporate issues with a strong emphasis on international taxes. Her specialization enables her to provide clients with quick and accurate responses as well as offer creative solutions to complex transactions such as mergers, spin-offs, business restructurings, and tax audit processes.
Thanks to her ongoing training in international taxation matters, she provides expert advice to Argentine capital companies as well as multinational foreign capital companies. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for providing quality advice with a perspective on tax efficiency under strict compliance with current legal regulations.
She is known for being the trusted advisor of her clients, who seek her out for her personalized responses to the specific needs of each business.
For many years, Florencia has had a close relationship with the academic world, which led her to be a board member of the AAEF Board of Directors from 2021 to 2024 and coordinator of the subcommittee on International Tax Studies and Transfer Pricing of the CPCECABA from 2022 to 2025.
Additionally, she is a lecturer at national universities and actively participates as a speaker and presenter in courses and congresses, both nationally and internationally. She was a national speaker for Argentina at the IFA international congress in 2022 in Berlin and at the ILADT international congress in 2024 in Chile. Throughout her career, she has published numerous doctrinal articles in national and international specialized journals, including IBFD.
She is part of the International Tax Commission of the UIA and has actively participated in advising other business chambers.
She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) with a degree in Public Accounting and a postgraduate degree in Taxation. Additionally, she has pursued postgraduate studies in International Taxes at the University of Santiago de Compostela and at the International Tax Center of the University of Leiden.
