Yésica is an associate in the tax department and has over 10 years of experience in tax advisory, tax determination, and inspection resolution, serving both domestic capital clients and international groups. She supports them in consultancy matters and legal compliance.

She works diligently to ensure quality standards and is meticulous in every aspect of her work, which, along with ongoing training, enables her to provide specialized advice on the subject. She plays a fundamental role in the department, offering different perspectives on presented situations and building close trusting relationships with clients through timely and specialized responses.

She also leads the tax team, prioritizing the personal and professional development of its members. To achieve this, she actively encourages them to focus on strategic thinking, innovation, and efficient alternatives to problem-solving, always based on standards of quality and excellence in both procedures and resolutions.

Yésica is a certified public accountant graduated with honors magna cum laude from the University of Buenos Aires and holds an LL.M. in Tax Law from Torcuato Di Tella University.

Additionally, she is an active member of the Argentine Association of Tax Studies and registered with the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, where she regularly conducts courses and participates as a speaker in various training events.

In 2023, she was a speaker at the 19th Tax Congress organized by the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Furthermore, she publishes articles in specialized magazines and newspapers on tax matters and is a undergraduate teacher at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires.
