On August 20, a new edition of IDEA ARG’s Tax Conference was held, bringing together public- and private-sector specialists to discuss the main challenges facing Argentina’s current tax agenda.

The conference addressed topics including regulatory updates, the criteria applied by regulatory authorities, tax reform, investment incentives, and the role of technology in tax management.

LFS once again supported the event as a sponsor, with our partner Fernanda Laiún participating as a speaker on the panel “Transfer Pricing in Litigation: Between Economic Reality and Legal Certainty.”

During the panel, Fernanda shared her perspective on a debate that is becoming increasingly relevant before the courts, as well as the challenges it poses in the field of Transfer Pricing.
