Fernanda Laiún and Tomás Smudt will participate in the XVI Regional Congress of IFA LATAM 2026, to be held in Antigua Guatemala, joining the academic agenda as moderators in seminars focused on transfer pricing and international taxation.

In this context, Tomás Smudt will moderate the seminar “Valuation of intangibles and their implications in ownership transfers. Experiences and litigation across the region”, focused on one of the most relevant current issues in transfer pricing.

Fernanda Laiún, in turn, will moderate the seminar “Transfer pricing in litigation: between economic reasonableness and legal certainty”, addressing challenges related to defense strategies and tax disputes in this field.

Both panels will bring together specialists from different Latin American countries and provide a forum for the exchange of experiences, trends, and comparative approaches in international taxation.
